More Self Love

Your body is naturally designed to heal and find balance. One of the key body systems for clearing wastes and maintaining healthy circulation is the lymphatic system. Symptoms ranging from cellulite to bloating can all be related to congestion within the lymphatic system.

Chopra Center for Wellness

How can we give ourselves more self-love, when we find ourselves in crisis management all the time? If we constantly allow ourselves to be in fright or flight mode instead of balancing with rest and digest, our bodies build up a lot of toxins. As those toxins accumulate in the body and we find ourselves with a myriad of issues, starting with our immune system. Is that the picture of health we want to see? hmmmmm…

Our guest today is Sophie Soudai, a systemic constellation practitioner and has recently added Assisted Lymphatic Treatments to her work to expand the benefits. This is a phenomenal system that provides a deeper process to release the toxins (physical, environmental, emotional) that build up in our bodies and this drainage protocol supports the body, mind, and spirit release. It acts as an extension of the systemic work that supports us in resolving our past so we can be in the present.

Taking Your Place

Taking Your Place – A Group Coaching Program

Sophie has been coaching people for the past 15 years based on the work of the late Bert Hellinger, commonly called Family Constellations. This work supports individuals to connect with who they are and where they are from to recognize all that they are and to take back their place in this life. She’s offering a new group session called Taking Your Place, a six-week program to discover you, so you can take back your place.

Moments with Your Higher Self

Carefully curated activities – we’re educators, we know that reflection on a topic (homework) works and these activities can help us share even more moments with our higher self.

Sophie Soudai, our guest on our podcast, shares with us a beautiful meditation exploring the connection with our higher self. She guides us to connect our breath with ourselves, our parents, and our ancestors. This supports us in expanding the idea of feeling supported throughout the many generations. Sophie reminds us in this exercise that even when we feel so frustrated, small, insignificant, hurt, angry, etc. to contemplate all the millions of events that had to occur and line up for each of us to even be alive on this earth today…..all the thousands of ancestors that had to meet and connect for us to even be born! Even though we may not connect with or know our parents, they gave us the gift of life. Enjoy yours!

Thanks for listening and we’ll see you next time in the tent.
