  1. Very enlightening podcast! I know I used to try to escape my insecurities by gossiping. Thankfully, time and maturity has brought me to a new place. Being a ‘godsibb’ to me means being a good listener and validating the feelings that come up for others as they process events with people.
    It is also extremely healing for me to be able to talk and process events/people in a safe atmosphere.
